These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between customer care service centre pune (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the person or entity that books, purchases, or uses any of our home-appliance repair or maintenance services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”). By requesting or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- Scope of Services
1.1 We provide inspection, diagnosis, repair, installation, and preventive-maintenance services for air-conditioners, washing machines, refrigerators, and related household appliances.
1.2 All services are rendered in-home at the Customer’s premises or, if necessary, at our workshop after written Customer consent.
1.3 We are an independent repair service provider and not an authorised service centre for any appliance manufacturer. - Service Areas & Availability
2.1 We currently serve Pune city and select adjoining localities. A live “Serviceable Pin-Codes” list is maintained on our website.
2.2 Service requests outside these pin-codes may be declined or subject to additional travel charges.
2.3 Appointment slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis; availability is not guaranteed until confirmed in writing (SMS / email / WhatsApp). - Pricing, Estimates & Payments
3.1 Diagnostic visit fee and standard labour rates are displayed on our website and communicated during booking.
3.2 After onsite inspection, you will receive a written estimate that itemises labour, spare-part costs, taxes, and any surcharges. Work begins only after your explicit approval (digital or signed).
3.3 Accepted payment methods: cash, UPI, major credit/debit cards, and net-banking. Full payment is due immediately on job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 Cheques returned unpaid or chargebacks will incur ₹500 administration fee plus recovery costs and interest at 2% per month. - Customer Obligations
4.1 Provide accurate contact information, exact service address, and truthful appliance details (brand, model, age, known issues).
4.2 Ensure safe, clear, and unobstructed access to the appliance.
4.3 Deactivate power/water connections if advised by the technician for safety.
4.4 Minors must be supervised; pets kept clear of the work area. - Spare Parts & Warranty
5.1 Where possible we use OEM or high-grade compatible parts. Brand-new OEM parts carry the manufacturer’s warranty; compatible parts carry the supplier’s warranty.
5.2 Labour is warranted for 30 days from service date; spare parts follow their individual warranty periods (typically 90–180 days).
5.3 Warranty becomes void if:
a. The appliance is mishandled, tampered with, or serviced by another party;
b. Recommended repairs are declined;
c. Power, voltage, or water issues cause damage. - Cancellations & Rescheduling
6.1 You may cancel or reschedule by phone/WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the confirmed slot at no cost.
6.2 Less-than-24-hour notice, technician no-show due to customer absence, or address errors will incur the diagnostic visit fee. - Refund Policy
7.1 Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been performed.
7.2 If we cannot complete the agreed repair due to non-availability of parts, you may choose (i) full refund of any advance paid or (ii) wait until parts arrive.
7.3 Approved refunds are processed within seven (7) business days to the original payment method. - Limitation of Liability
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability—whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise—shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8.2 We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including data loss, business interruption, or loss of profits.
8.3 Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. - Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless customer care service centre pune, its directors, employees, and agents against any third-party claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services. - Intellectual Property
All text, graphics, logos, and service content on our website or marketing materials remain the exclusive property of customer care service centre pune. No content may be reproduced without prior written permission. - Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and process personal data strictly for booking, service delivery, billing, and marketing (with your consent). Our full practices are outlined in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. - Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or power outages. - Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. - Updates to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted on our website with the “Effective Date” revised. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. - Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, Republic of India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably; failing which it shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seated in Pune, conducted in English, and decided by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually. - Contact Us
